high-reach class 5 section BOOM driven by chains and hydraulic cylinders. The engineered telehandler can lift to eight stories, reaching a height of 23 meters.<\/p><p>The solution is developed leveraging engineering calculus using Mathcad, FEA validation, vehicle architecture, and hydraulic system design using Automation Studio. To accelerate product development, we engineered three prototypes for enhanced testing and validation purposes, while playing an active supporting role through the design and validation phases. In addition, our team coordinated with suppliers to meet the cost and performance objectives. For ease of serviceability, we helped them develop maintenance manuals and technical books along with electrical and hydraulic layouts.\u00a0The customer sales for its new telehandler were higher by
